Arihant Creations aspire to ensure that our customer is completely happy and we endeavor to provide the best to you. In order to deliver you the correct and right product 

Our terms of Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy are as follows :-


RETURN POLICY 

1- We do quality control of all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged,  defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at contact@arihantcreations.co.in

2- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

3-- Please make an unboxing video after receiving the parcel. Without the video, will not be liable for any defective/ wrong product received.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If the fabrics are being returned due to a manufacturing defect or change in customers mind within 48 hr from the date of delivery, we will replace the item. Customers will have to bear the cost of returning the product back to us.

REFUND

After a successful return and inspection of returned fabric, we will issue the refund to your bank account or refund to your source of payment if order is prepaid.
